"Our congratulations go to the Area Engineer, Mr. T. P. Haugh, Supervisor Drennan, A.O. Brosnan and Area Clerk O’Reilly as well as the hard working crew of the Hospital Area on the results of their work there.
It was estimated that the return would be 9.6% while although the area is only completed a month or two, and that in the middle of summer, the actual connections show a return of 9.8%. Small figures — but they mean a lot."
